The January issue focuses on step one, honesty. As A Guide to Addiction Recovery and Healing explains:

An anonymous contributor explains:

This is where I want to be—turning to God with faith.The Arbor lists both face-to-face and telephone recovery groups (which can be completely anonymous) available to anyone at no charge. All are welcome. You can recover through the faith in Jesus Christ.
